PEOWPEOW devised an entire brand concept from the name up, around which an ageing office building was transformed into a Canberra icon. The whole concept centering on the design and implementation of one of Australia's largest permanent computer controlled light sculptures. The dynamic sculpture wraps around the full height of the 8 storey building, offering a framework for the continually changing custom led lighting shows (also designed by PEOWPEOW).
From it's early conceptualisation ...
... to the realisation of NEON HOUSE, a sculptural brand expressed on the scale of the buildings exterior. Including the practical requirements of all street identification and environmental graphics...
... which transforms into a glowing curiosity designed to capture and further define a vibrant growing urban location throughout the night.
Fully programmable and designed to be instantaneously editable from any location through a 24/7 internet connection. PEOWPEOW's vision was implemented in close consultation with the suppliers iMAAGE Envirolife, and Wizardry Imaging and signs.
The NEON HOUSE brand identity, was then continued internally to include all public facets of the renovation. An all new building entry, and interior design of the all newly renovated lifts and floor lobbies.
Once the construction phase was completed, we were tasked with helping to sell the property. The creation of all marketing which spanned editorial, direct and conventional print advertising.
